The percentage of employees or consultants who leave the consultancy within a specified period. High turnover rates can indicate dissatisfaction, poor company culture, or ineffective management. It can also lead to increased recruitment costs and potential knowledge loss.

If 5 out of 50 employees left in a year, the turnover rate is 10%.
