The average feedback score or rating received specifically for the support agent’s performance. This metric assesses agent performance from the customer's perspective, helping to improve training and recognizing outstanding performers.


Total agent feedback score / Number of feedbacks received


If an agent receives scores of 4, 5, 4, and 4 out of 5 from four customers, their average feedback is 4.25.
