The percentage of individuals who move to the next stage of the funnel. Helps identify bottlenecks or stages where prospects drop off.

Formula

(Number of conversions / Number of leads at that stage) x 100

Example

If 100 visitors visit a product page and 10 add the product to their cart, the conversion rate is 10%.
