Account Engagement Level


Assesses the depth of an account's interaction with the company's services or products, which can be an indicator of account health. A higher score denotes better engagement, essential for customer satisfaction and retention.


(Number of Interactions + Number of Meetings + Value of Interactions) / Number of Accounts


If there are 50 accounts with 200 interactions, 100 meetings, and a value rating of 400, the Account Engagement Level would be (200+100+400)/50, resulting in a level of 14.
