Measures the percentage of identified risks that have been mitigated within a set period. A high rate indicates an effective risk management process.
Formula
(Number of risks mitigated / Total number of identified risks) x 100
Example
If 15 out of 20 identified risks are mitigated within the quarter, the rate would be 75%.
