The percentage of reported employee issues or concerns that get resolved within a specified timeframe. Resolving employee issues promptly and effectively boosts morale, reduces friction, and creates a more harmonious work environment. A high resolution rate reflects a responsive and attentive HR or management team.

Formula

(Number of resolved issues / Total number of reported issues) x 100

Example

If there are 200 reported issues and 180 get resolved, the resolution rate is 90%.
