This KPI indicates the percentage of women in managerial or leadership roles within the company. Achieving a balance in leadership roles ensures diverse perspectives at decision-making levels, which can lead to better organizational outcomes and reflect equality principles.

If a company has 20 managers, and 8 of them are women, the rate of women in management positions is 40%.
