Percentage

The percentage of recipients who clicked on a link in the email out of those who opened the email. Gauges the effectiveness of the email content among engaged recipients.

Formula

(Number of Clicks / Number of Emails Opened) x 100

Example

If 200 people open an email and 40 click a link, the click-to-open rate is 20%.
