Estimate At Completion

Estimate At Completion (EAC) is a forecast of the most likely total project cost based on the project's performance and risk quantification. It provides stakeholders with an idea of the expected final cost of the project.

EAC = Actual Cost (AC) + Bottom-Up Estimate to Complete (ETC)

If a project has spent $50,000 so far and the remaining work is estimated to cost $200,000, the EAC is $250,000.
