Number
The number of times a chat session is transferred from one agent to another. Frequent transfers can be a sign of inefficiencies, lack of expertise, or inadequate training. They can also frustrate customers due to repetition and prolonged resolution times.

Example
If 10 chats were transferred to different agents in a day, the Chat Transfers count for that day is 10.
