Measures the proportion of critical roles that have identified successors who are ready to take over immediately if needed. Ensuring seamless transitions in critical roles minimizes business disruption and supports strategic continuity.

If there are 10 critical roles and 7 have immediate successors, the Succession Readiness Rate would be 70%.
