Evaluates the portion of customers who make repeat purchases or show a strong preference for your brand over competitors. Loyal customers are less likely to switch to competitors, more likely to recommend your brand, and tend to spend more.


(Number of repeat customers / Total number of customers) x 100


If you have 1000 customers and 700 of them make repeat purchases, your Brand Loyalty Rate is 70%.
