Brand Reputation Score
Score
Measures the perception and sentiment towards a brand in the market. A positive reputation enhances customer trust, loyalty, and can lead to increased sales.
Formula
(Total positive mentions - Total negative mentions) / Total mentions
Example
If a brand has 70 positive mentions, 20 negative mentions out of 100, the score is 0.5.
Here, a score of 0.5 (or 50%) means there are more positive mentions than negative. If the score was 0, it would mean an equal number of positive and negative mentions. If negative, it indicates more negative mentions than positive.
