Team Turnover
Percentage
Team turnover rate reflects how often team members leave during the project's lifespan. High turnover can disrupt project momentum, increase costs, and indicate deeper issues such as dissatisfaction or poor management.
Formula
Team Turnover = (Number of team members who left during the project / Average number of team members during the project) x 100
Example
If 5 team members leave during a project, with an average team size of 50, the team turnover rate is 10%.
