Task Success Rate measures the percentage of successfully completed tasks by users. It reflects the effectiveness and intuitiveness of the product’s design. A high rate indicates that users can easily accomplish their goals, signifying good usability.
Formula
(Number of Successful Tasks / Total Tasks Attempted) * 100
Example
If users attempt 100 tasks and successfully complete 90, the Task Success Rate is (90/100)*100 = 90%.
