User Error Rate
Percentage
User Error Rate calculates the frequency of errors made by users while interacting with the product. High error rates may indicate complex or confusing interfaces, pointing to areas where UX improvements are needed.
Formula
(Number of Errors Made / Total Number of Attempts) * 100
Example
If users make 10 errors in 100 attempts to use a feature, the User Error Rate is (10/100)*100 = 10%.
