Measures the level of engagement that a piece of content is receiving from the audience. Indicates how relevant or interesting content is to your audience. Higher engagement typically correlates with broader reach and more impactful messaging. You may break this metric down by engagement type and separately track likes rate, comments rate, and shares / reposts rate.


(Total Engagements / Total Followers) x 100


If a post gets 200 likes and comments, and you have 10,000 followers, the engagement rate is 2%.
