Measures how frequently the brand responds to audience engagements (like comments or direct messages) and how quickly. A fast and high response rate can improve brand reputation and customer satisfaction.


For Rate: (Number of Responses / Number of Engagements) x 100. For Time: Average time taken to respond.


If you responded to 80 out of 100 comments, your response rate is 80%. If your average response time is 30 minutes, it indicates a fairly rapid engagement with your audience.
