Invite Conversion Rate measures the success of referral or invitation programs by calculating the percentage of sent invites that result in new user registrations or sign-ups. It’s a key metric for assessing the effectiveness of word-of-mouth and referral marketing strategies. High conversion rates from invites are indicative of strong product advocacy among existing users.

If 100 out of 500 sent invites lead to new user registrations, the Invite Conversion Rate is (100/500)*100 = 20%.
